The price is including water, electricity, linen and towels and final cleaning.
* Price does not include: management costs 15 euros. Tourist tax of 3.5 euros per person older than 16 years.
Cancellation policy
If you can not occupy the accommodation at the time scheduled by Diau any difficulty while traveling or for personal reasons, and if you shorten your stay, no refund will be made.
Also a cancellation fee will be applied as follows:
· From the time of making the reservation until 43 days before arrival:
10% of the total booking amount.
· Between 42 and 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount .
· Between 28 and 2 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount .
· 1 day before or the day of arrival: 100% of total reservation amount
