If you are either the owner or an agency Bookinghouses.com offers you rates that meet your needs. Please check our price list and in case of any questions please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to assist you.

Rate per acommodation

Once the trial period has been completed

60 €/year. Subscribe (21% VAT not included). If you have more than one property for rent please inquire about our special rates por multiple properties

Rates for agencies

Plan 5 (up to 5 properties) 250 €/year. Plan 10 (up to 10 properties) 450 €/year. Plan 25 (up to 25 properties) 995 €/year. Plan 50 (up to 50 properties) 1.750 €/year. Plan 100 (up to 100 properties) 2.995 €/year. Plan 200 (up to 200 properties) 4.995 €/year. Subscribe (21% VAT not included). More than 200 properties, check. Please contact us to obtain a personalized rate.

To contract our services

You simply register as an owner, login to your user account and start posting your accommodation. After the free month is over we will contact you in order to formalize the contract.
