Palace of Torre-Alvarado, restored castle, situated in the county of Las Merindades amidst beautiful grounds and consists of a medieval tower of the sixteenth century, an eighteenth century palace and a private chapel. Among its famous guests include the Emperor Charles V and King Ferdinand VII.
Offers 10 rustic rooms with soil and wood furniture, splendid mountain views. All have TV, heating, private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. Lovely restaurant serves traditional regional cuisine. Everyday a light breakfast of coffee, toast and pastries offered. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar or in the garden.
