The house has 9 comfortable rooms with simple decor distributed as follows: one on the ground floor is complemented with common spaces such as the living room with fireplace where you can enjoy a nice break from the heat of the fire , kitchen and a small bathroom. Six double rooms on the first floor and a small apartment on the lower deck consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, living area and terrace.

Halfway between the town of Padróny the capital of Galicia, the house has in its vicinity with access to the main roads of Galicia, standing within approximately seven hundred kilometers cities ma , s important to our community, such as Santiago de Compostela, Pontevedra, A Coruña, Vigo, Lugo, Orense and Ferrol.
Proximity to the estuaries of Arosa and Noya, just fifteen kilometers, making our accommodation in a perfect location to be used as a basis for conducting daily routes by Rias and its flagship beaches, or the Rias Altas and the strength of its landscapes.
House and Apartment share a large garden with barbecue and private terrace to enjoy with friends, and where children have space to play and have fun with their parents relax.

How to get there
Directions:
From La Coruña by AP-9
They have to take the exit N º 75 direction Noia, Santiago Sur, Milladoiro.Un has caught this time exiting, follow the right lane following the sign for SC-20 Clinical Hospital Milladorio and then incorporated into the lane again right onto SC-20 Milladoiro, Pontevedra. They have to take the exit N º 93 Ribeira, Padrón Pontecesures continue on the N-550 towards Padrón-Santiago de Compostela, during Maso least 9 km until you reach a roundabout which is 72 kilometer in that roundabout make a U-turn back to Padrón, about 500 meters from there to the right with the San Martinoy restaurant a little later Touceda House, right after we take home Touceda right onto Faramello and from here follow the signs Carboeiro Restaurant.
