You must pay within 10 days a deposit of 40% of the total rent by bank transfer or check. If after 10 days you have not received the said payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on arrival at our office.

The prices published weekly and are always based on the period. The price is including water, electricity, gas, linen and towels and final cleaning. Except the accommodation available for the period from October to March when some energetic costs (heating) of 10 euros x day were applied.
 
For every book a fixed amount of EUR 15 will be charged for administrative expenses
 
In principle, the minimum stay is 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturday.
 
Check will include between 16h. And 19h. And check out before 10am.If you are unable to use this time, you must inform us by phone.

On receipt of the accommodation bond of 200 euros will be delivered, by credit card. This deposit will be returned upon departure, provided they have not caused property damage

• If you can not occupy the accommodation at the time scheduled by Diau any difficulty while traveling or for personal reasons, and if you shorten your stay, no refund will be made.
 
Also a cancellation fee will be applied as follows:

• From the time of making the reservation until 43 days before arrival: 10% of total amount of reservation .
• • Between 42 and 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount .
• • Between 28 and 2 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount .
• • 1 day before or the day of arrival: 100% of total amount of reservation.
