Gemelos XXII The complex has a large garden area in which to stroll and relax. There is also a playground for children to play all the time they want. Facilities that please our customers are, a large pool, another pool, but heated, and a great tennis court.
The apartments have one bedroom with two single beds, a cozy living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a magnificent terrace. The apartment is equipped with washer Televisionand, which are included in the price. You can also have access to a safe if you ask us for a small fee. The occupancy is for 2 to 4 people.
You can also offer as an optional extra parking and air conditioning (8.50 EUR. Daily) depending on availability.
Included in the weekly change of linen (sheets and towels).

Reservation conditions
This deposit will NOT be refunded if you cancel your reservation. Also NO will be refunded the deposit or any money if you leave the apartment before the original date of departure date
If leaving the apartment to occur at a different time of 10am, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or if you have paid visa card will be refunded to the card. On Sunday, the deposit will not be returned as the apartments can not be checked, so it will be returned Monday morning.
If your arrival will be held outside of our office hours, the keys would be handed to them from the reception of a hotel near Folies Vacances.
To qualify for this, you must have previously paid the full price of the rent and security deposit.

30% of the total price of the apartment will be charged.
