Ravalet 21, is a detached house located in the old town of Polop, consisting of Ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor terrace (all fully independent and equipped.) The age (XVIII century) is located in the part closest to the castle town.

 

The situation of the house is ideal for meditation, inspiration, and any other activity that requires a "special" concentration. Is mindful of the elderly, and anyone who needs help getting around, since among other amenities, features Elevator (to the same terrace) where you can enjoy panoramic views reaching from mountains (Ponoig, Puig Campana, Bernia etc.) to the sea (Calpe, Altea, La Nucia, etc..). On the terrace (see description) you can have a fridge, microwave, toaster, small kitchen bench (no kitchen), but with plates and glasses, available in need (for this, not charge any fee).

You can rent the garage (located next to the room) and you can cut off other customers, to the living room, so that would be exclusively private only for the occupants of the room, all ground floor, regardless of the rest of the house.

The terrace is FREE for ALL occupants of the house, (if not reserved exclusively).
