Casa Rural El Trechal

The Trechal is an individualized BED rent, bedrooms, located in a small village in Eastern Asturias called SOURCES, just 5 km from Arriondas, world famous for its population Sella.
The house is located at the top of the town, enjoying exceptional views over the plain of Rioy the surrounding mountains.
This is a traditional Asturian house, dedicated time of our grandparents and great-grandparents to ganaderíay household subsistence farming and has now been fully restored for rural tourism.
In rehabilitation have remained the architectural features of the region and the structures have been observed using noble materials such as wood, stone and solid brick.
It offers rooms with large windows, BATHING TV. Each is decorated differently and in different colors.They are distributed on the top floor of the house. On the ground floor is the dining room where breakfast is available in regular hours from 9 to 11 am. This service breakfast is included in their rates and daily cleaning of the rooms.
 It has private parking, gardens and a traditional HORREO typical Asturian construction.
The Sella river is about 200 yards from the house, which offers the possibility of quiet walks along its path, as well as enjoy a nice swim in summer or practicing sport fishing season.

Excursions from El Trechal

From our house are several tours that offer them
- A day & as a must have COVADONGA (Basilica and the Cave of the Santina) and Enol and Ercina LAGOS, also stopping in Cangas de Onis to see the Roman Bridge and the Chapel of Santa Cruz or take a walk through this tourist and commercial villa.
- Another day Route CARES (Poncebos walking route between Cain and Return 24 km.). PONCEBOS, one of the starting points of the route is about 50 km from Fuentes. From Poncebos also get a funicular to Bulnes, a beautiful and remote village in the Picos de Europa where part one of the paths of ascent Naranjo de Bulnes. A note also SOTRES village (a few miles above) and considered the highest altitude of the Picos de Europa.Interestingly CAIN start the route and enjoy the people and landscapes found along the way (Dobra River Amieva, Angón Valley, Gorge Beyos, San Juan de Beleño ...).
- One more day to visit our coast, passing by the Mirador del Fito, 10 km from Arriondas, offers stunning views of the town, inland valley about 50 km of coastline and the stunning Picos de Europa. The climb to Pico Pienza (about 3 hours) worth it if you love the mountains. After going down to the coast to see LASTRES, RIBADESELLA and Llanes, very nice people and beautiful beaches sailors. In Ribadesella have Tito's cave and Cuevona Bustilo in ballasts Jurassic Museum (MUJA) and Llanes Cubes of Memory Ibarrola, among other things.
- If you like adventure, one day can be devoted to active recreation.The DROP STAMPS canoe, which has its starting point in Arriondas and horseback riding on the trails nearby, or quad biking. ARRIONDAS is the multisport center of the region and from the house, we can provide you all kinds of information about companies and activities.

In all these visits that we propose can likewise enjoy our delicious cuisine, cheese, cider, the beans, meats and sausages, desserts ... never missing in any corner of the geographic Asturian as a multitude of pueblinos and villages dot the route.
