Casa Rural El Forn

Beautiful house recently built on the ruins of the bread oven built in 1782, hence its name in Valencian / Catalan: "El Forn". All stone facades, is what was in the original house which made the walls have a thickness of about 50 ctms and therefore good insulation for both summer and especially for winters raw, being an enclave in the mountains, although we are about 40 km from the beaches of Denia and Gandia.

The main idea was to make a rural hotel, for reasons of health of one of the owners, could not carry out the project. Although the building is divided into two houses, but one can make rent or the biggest house or small, either.

The distribution is as follows:

LARGEST CAPACITY UP PART = 9/10 PEOPLE.Occupies the ground and first, the main building and consists of plants = Downstairs: Large Entrance Hall, Living room with fireplace (** see explanation), fully equipped large kitchen, WC / shower and tiny patio.
The first floor has 1 large bedroom with double bed and cot + 3 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, bathroom with bath and WC / shower .

= SMALLER CAPACITY TO PART 6/8 PEOPLE = has its own entrance from the street through a patio that is shared with the Bed 1 and is accessed by stairs (blank) that are in the main photo located on the left. It occupies the second floor + Attic distributed as follows: Living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen (tiny) fully equipped, 2 WC / shower, 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bedroom with queen bed.The Attic (ideal for children to have the shortest roof) has a double bed. It has 2 extra beds optional. It also has its toilet / shower itself.

The whole house has: Calefaccióny central hot water. The kitchens are equipped with: fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, extractor fan, oven, microwave, coffee maker type Melita, toaster and blender .

(**) The living room of the Mansion, because of its large size, is large enough that it can accommodate more than 20 people (see photos of a New Year) because apart from the Wooden extendable table (an antique) property offers its clients 2 boards Banquet. This is one of the reasons for the success of Casa Rural El Forn for large groups of family, friends, bridal showers / os, work, etc.. Their dimensions share the same building .

A special attraction are the sports facilities that are far from the houses 400 mts.By having a single street and off road, makes the village very safe especially for children.

LA Carroja, is part of the joint board of Gallinera and composed of 8 small villages: Benirrama - Benialí - Benissivà - Benitaia - The Carroja - Al Patró - Llombai and Benissili. The core is Benialí where they are: the City, the bank Banco Sabadell and Pharmacy. Pool, racquetball, tennis, basketball, which are open all yeara except for the swimming pool open during July and August: On Carroja sports facilities are located.

- Trekking Mountain & nice walks.
- Do not forget that Gallinera is framed in the Alicante mountains and temperatures are those of Mountain & although far from the beach about 40 kms. The temperature difference is + / - 7/8 minimum °. It has beautiful scenery and all the peoples who componentienen its own characteristics, but perhaps it's Carroja which is better located and from which it dominates the valley, has a single street and 2 "Cul de Sac" them all very close but safe mainly because they are protected from the road, especially when there are children.
- Another attraction is that the commonwealth sports facilities are located in The Carroja: swimming pools, tennis, racquetball, etc..
- Has several hiking trails that connect all villages with added value in February-March especialmemnte with flowering cherry and almond trees that offer a really beautiful landscape. Nor should we forget the coldest months of winter with heavy snow all in Alicante and 30 minutes from the beach.
