Description of Casa rural Atuvera

The ground floor features a large bright living room. Equipped to detail (fireplace, TV, video, DVD, stereo, inviting furniture, comfortable chairs ...), the large room is very suitable to rest at the end of the day, to converse animatedly with friends or for conducting group activities. Alongside the hall is the fully equipped kitchen to cook for large groups is an easy task.
Our range of accommodation includes six bedrooms, each with double bed and full bathroom.Room 1, located on the ground floor next to the living room has an attached accommodate two extra beds room. 6 is also room on the ground floor, but is separated from the main building about twenty feet. the rest of the rooms are on the first floor, which is accessed via a staircase located on the porch or by a ramp of less than 6% slope. Two rooms are adapted to accommodate disabled guests as well as the bathroom, which also has a spa tub.
All rooms except 1, have air conditioning.

How to get there
From CN - V Madrid to Lisbon 148 km out to Madrigal de la Vera, in this town turn left. Plasencia address
Arriving at km 73, and 250 m after the station house panels appear Atuvera
It takes lr. Highway Vega de la Barca and after 500 m straight come out onto a dirt road to the Right
In this way follow the signs until you reach the house after 2.5 km

Reservation conditions
Reservations must request in writing via email to info@casaruralatuvera.com
- Upon acceptance of the booking, the customer must make a deposit for 33% of the total amount thereof, in the current account for this purpose will be provided. The customer has a square 48 hours to make the deposit, during which dates keep locked in pre-booking. After that period, if we have not received the transfer, I will leave the dates free and able to be booked by other customers. Upon receipt of the reservation, the house will confirm it by email, stating the date of entry, date of departure, the total number of people and amount of stay.
The time of entry set at 16 hours. Check out the last day is 12.00, although we are flexible on the time of departure provided that no reservation between that day.
Cancellation policy
- The customer may cancel a reservation provided written notice. In any event, cancellations will be subject to the following penalties (listed in the decree of the Junta de Extremadura governing it):
If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, will be charged 5% of the entire stay.
If canceled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, will be charged 40% of the entire stay.
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before arrival date, will be charged 60% of the entire stay.
If canceled or modified later or no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
In deference to our customers Atuvera Rural house offers groups canceling the possibility of postponing the trip to a later date using the same reservation.
When in any group or some of its members do not go no initial budget provided will be altered.
