The main building of S. XVIII is representative of the architecture of Galicia adapted to rural tourism establishment in 2000 especially respecting the solid stone walls, wooden structures and colorful galleries creating light-filled spaces.

From Santiago to follow the signaling Noia 35 km in south Noia follow the signage Outes 6 km, in he center of the Serra de Outes follow the signage Casa Maria Perfeuto 8 Km
