Two-storey house in an exceptional place to be out of town and yet very close to it, in the grassland between the Cantabrian Sea and the urban center of the city.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one in a room), living room and kitchen .In the second floor 50m2 fully diafana have four single beds, a toilet, salata room and terrace of 12m2, overlooking the sea and the city.

How to get there
Access from the highway S-20, exit number 2.Giramos right direction malls.
