Description of Cal Pallerola, la Verneda
The house is nestled on a huge rock in Montergull village, surrounded by meadows and riparian river near Lavansa.
Form an independent unit with its era and haystacks. The "Coniller" has been refurbished as a play space for children and relaxing for parents terrace. One of the barns is a sunbathing area with loungers and hammock, ping-pong and dardos.La house features barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor dining.
Caracteristics
Cal Pallerola has been restored respecting its original elements: the former pulp mill to knead the bread and oven, l '"eixida" (large balcony) overlooking riverside meadows, the Catalan table (15 persons) the trunks of the room, the room beams, stone corners.
The living room features TVDVD, i video library, stereo, and rocking chairs for 7 people, magazine and fireplace (no heating). The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob .. Area with washer and dryer.
Two bathrooms with shampoo, towels, hairdryers.
