Description of Ca La Petita D'En Chinascas
The Cottage 'Ca d'en Chinascas the petita' is located in the village of Vespella Masos, located in the region of Tarragones, 10 Km from Torredembarra, 10 Km and 19 Km Altafulla Tarragona. One of the major theme parks of Spain (Port Aventura) is just 30 Km away. The main activities are agriculture (cultivation of vine, olive and carob trees) and livestock (cows). The village belongs to the municipality of Vespella and has 48 inhabitants.
The house was built in 1865. Was Ayuntamiento and medical clinic. Fully rebuilt faithfully following the standards of the time, both in materials and construction techniques.
The house sleeps up to 10 people and has 5 bedrooms: 1 triple, 3 doubles and 1 single. All rooms with exterior windows. It also has central heating.The layout of the house is:
Patio with tables, benches and barbecue and terrace with panoramic views and mountain people.
Ground floor with toilet, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with large table for 10 people.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with 150cm beds, one with the other with balconies and direct access to the terrace. On this floor there is also a bathroom with bath tub.
On the second floor there is a living room with views, library and three bedrooms: one double with two beds of 80 cm, a triple with 150 beds and 90 cm and a single with a bed of 120 cm. On this floor there is also a full bath with shower.
Furniture and carefully decorated with oriental touches that transform spaces into unique and welcoming, two words that define exactly the idea that we wanted to capture in this house.

- The only authentic interpretation of the services included in the price will be provided by the company, so please the customer in doubt refer to the same .
- The day of arrival will be charged the amount of 200 euros as a deposit which will be refunded once the room is finished and after checking the house must be in the condition it was delivered. The refund will be issued within a maximum period of 72 hours after departure and the account number that the client be given above.
- The house will be confirmed when the deposit 30% of the total amount in the account number which is then made available as the concept of reservation.
- Payment of the total is due upon entry into the house .
- In case of cancellation of the reservation will be repaid in accordance with the provisions of the Decree Law of 15 September 1978 governing the resolution, being established as follows:
With 30 days in advance of the use of the housing 95% of the reservation.

- The house will be in perfect condition and cleanliness at the time of the occupation.
