1 - Warranty Book.

Reservations Special season dates: Easter and Feria de Sevilla. Prepayment of 100% and a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. If canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival of the reservation, the prepayment will be refunded 100%. After that date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Reservations Dates High Season: April, May, bridges and New Year. Prepayment of 50% of stay a minimum of 2 nights is required and.If canceled up to 15 days before the date of arrival of the booking, 50% deposit is refunded. After the deadline the deposit will not be refunded.

General Reservations Dates season: Rest of the year. Credit card to guarantee the reservation and a minimum of 2 nights. Cancellation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival the reservation. After 2 days, by the 1st night.

The portentaje the prepaid booking in High Season and Special, payable by credit card (Visa, Master Card) or bank transfer. On the day of departure the client must vacate the apartment in acceptable condition housekeeping. Apartamentos Rey de Sevilla has the right to charge additional cleaning costs if the property is not left in an acceptable condition.
