Apartamentos Navalin - Apartamento 1

The building consists of 4 independent apartments, and a common lounge for all guests. I have an apartment, for persons with disabilities. All apartments have a capacity of 4 beds, distributed in a family room, and a double, or in two double bedrooms. The apartment 4 is divided into two floors in a duplex, connected by a spiral staircase. At the top there is a large living room, plus a second bathroom.

Outside the apartments spacious gardens with swings, where you can enjoy reading or playing with children. We also have a farm planted with fruit trees, bordering a small river, which is in the south of the house.

The apartments were fully refurbished in 2012, trying to keep the stone and its possible the original forms of the house.Next to the building where the apartments, there is a covered garage for 4 cars, plus a laundry, for the guests themselves.

Apartment 1, is fully accessible to disabled persons. It has a double bedroom with bed of 1.50 m, with a height of 32 cm mattress and another double bedroom with bed of 1,35 m. The bathroom is very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, television, etc., plus small appliances such as blender, iron or toaster, and all kitchenware.
