Conditions of accommodation.
- No pets
- Hosted as many of you have been hired, including children persons will not be admitted. The heads of the houses can deny entry if more people stay employed.
- The houses will be available from 15 hours on day of arrival until 11.30 am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed .
- Initial Service: sheets, towels and general cleaning. For long stays, changing bed linen, towels and cleaning is every 7 days.
- No stag or similar allowed. If you do not notice when booking will be refused entry to the loss of accommodation for your stay.
- No visitors are allowed without the authorization of personnel .
- There are complaint forms available to the client.
- Deficiencies that the customer can find in the rented house, must be communicated as soon as possible, the person in charge to be corrected .
- Any suggestions you may offer in order to make future stays more enjoyable is appreciated and others .
- The pool and water areas of the center are reserved for use of the property. The use of these elements by you or your companions is at your sole responsibility.

In matters not provided, will apply LAU 29/1994 and the Civil Code.

Terms of Cancellation of booking.
To prevent cancellations for various reasons,
Cancellation with less than 24 hours or no-show, forfeit the amount of the advance.
In all cases, refund 100% of the advance paid, if you advise us in advance.
