In Santervás de la Vega, about five kilometers from Saldaña, is this newly built center, Castilian style, built entirely from natural materials.
In the midst of a large garden, surrounded by grass, flowers and greenery, the house has its own solar panels for thermal energy.

The farm itself is emerging as a Moral spacious place to wander around, relax or sunbathe. A plagued waterway frogs and goldfish, and a swing, often to the delight of the youngest guests of the house. The possibilities of the environment have much to do with what the area offers as the town's history. Leon La Cañada Real de la Vega Santervás crosses from north to south. This former cattle route is used today as a perfect route for days hiking tours or horseback. Other interesting places are the Oak Grove Hontanares, the Encinas del Olmo, alder New River, the pine forests of MontÃny Matajoara. The parish church hosts a Guardian Angel who was part of the exhibition "The Ages of Man" held in Palencia in 1999.
